Peter Hauser’s 21 Sunsets is a series of luminograms created in the darkroom in the form of abstract variations of a sunset. The motif differs in each case only through nuances of colour and colour combinations, while the composition always remains the same.
About the Artist
Peter Hauser is a visual artist and photographer based in Zurich, Switzerland. He has been experimenting with several photographic fields for almost two decades, with a focus on analog techniques and is versatile across various genres. Peter seeks inspiration in nature, movement and music, his work reflects his engaging and curious personality. Peter has been widely exhibited in Switzerland and Europe, has pu- blished two critically acclaimed monographs and has been featured in numerous international publications. Peter’s work can be found in esteemed private and public collections.
